A Ray of Light(!)
Went for the 1st lab session. Found out that the Yr2 group mate was a gal, so I thought it was a respite. Gals are more serious than guys bah.
Turned out that the group members were not of the race I thought to be, but they are still different, anyways. And the gal was telling me, she gave up hope on the other 2 le, cos they pontang the 1st lab.
I told her, never mind. I want to pass the module. I’ll definitely work with you to achieve that.

Anyways, the gal is blur. After forgetting to make sure the polarity of a capacitor before soldering it, she committed the same mistake for 2 more capacitors. haiz… I was blur, but not that blur. Had to help her remove the 3 capacitors, cos she said she could not do it herself.
ah… End up burning 2 of my fingers.
oooh!!
oh… Did I mention? I spent 2 hours soldering devices onto a circuit board. Breathed in a lot of lead. haiz… But it was satisfactory. I like hands on activities than brain brain or leg leg ones…

oh oh… and the guy in the department office said that he is helping me with my deferment thingy. Nice~ I love this world…

Had our 1st meeting.
I felt sort of relaxed. The other 2 guys, ya… looked quite slack, but they also looked like they knew their stuff. That is, they may put off doing the stuff, but will end up producing it in the end lol
