I Have A Whole Corridor To Myself
Peace is back to NUS again, as most of the muggers are done with their papers. I guess the majority of them finished theirs yesterday, with the rest who had their papers today scooting off back home/KTV/shopping malls straight after their papers.

Anyways, although my sisters committed to their cars (my 2nd sis’ car and my 3rd sis’ bf’s car) for my moving out of PGP on Sunday, I have a sense that they are having 2nd thoughts.
One is asking whether my room would need 2 cars for shifting, and another lamenting why not Saturday, etc.
It’s always irritating to get favors from others, because everyone else didn’t want to be bothered with me anyways. Remembered a similar incident, where a friend committed to helping me shift out of PGP in year 1 with his dad’s car. He ended up saying he could only use it in the evening.
I was supposed to check out that day, and the office closed at 6pm.
So I just called a cab home.
Actually, it was OK for me to hail a cab home, like I did in year 1 (I didn’t shift out last sem). Except for the hassle, cab drivers are always eager to earn the cash by running the engine to wait for me to make multiple trips to and from my room.
That’s why I love money.
At least with money, I can buy people who can at least act sincerely to be of my service.
Asking favors from others? I have to see their ‘face’.

Just feeling grumpy.
It’s just the why-is-there-no-one-for-me-when-I-need-it syndrome.
I feel as lonely as I am in this corridor.
p/s: For anyone who felt sympathetic and felt like committing to help me shift this Sunday, DON’T. I have enough experience of such to know that such sympathy don’t last. Don’t make me expect you to come, plan for how we could make the shift together, and then give me a call at the last minute to say Sorry as if sorry could justify all my wasted efforts.

still rent trolley. dunno how many P**s and I*****s put their dirty stuff on it. haha… i tink i can squeeze all my stuff in a few suitcases, but it’s the num of trips dat is troublesome…
