Another Complaint to McDonald’s
The more one visits a merchant, the more conflicts he will meet with the latter.
I had to write another feedback to McDonald’s again to appease myself for receiving low standards of service… ya… I did not argue with her directly, cos 1) I was not in the mood 2) she does not look intelligent enough to be my argue-target. And I decided against calling the manager out, cos I was trying to be a better man bitch by back-stabbing that girl with a complaint letter to McD HQ.

I think this is my 3rd time doing a feedback wrt to the rewards points system AND NUS McDonald’s outlet.
I just bought a Fillet-o-Fish Meal from the abovementioned outlet, and the girl serving me did not ask me if I was a member. When I told her I wanted the member points, she was adamant and told me to do so via SMS.
I was surprised, because 1) She did not admit she was wrong in forgetting to ask for member 2) She was not aware that I could still claim member points with EZ-Link Card after payment was made, as I had experienced many other times.
When I questioned about point 2 above, she glared at me rudely and proceeded to get my food without answering my question.
She was apparently a new girl, since it was the 1st time I saw her serving in the outlet. While I do not blame her for her inexperienced customer service attitude, I do hope that adequate training can be done for new customer service personnels. It would save the trouble of having to re-train and pacify customers whose days were ruined by such service.
