My Chartered interview post actually had THREE views from people who did a search on ‘chartered semi job interview singapore’!!!
It’s either my interviewers were searching for what their interviewees were talking behind them, or that there are people who actually prep themselves for interviews by searching through the stuff that people share after they had interviews.
Now, interviews become an oral exam. You go through all the classes–not enough. You must do research, find out ‘past year questions’, how people answered and how they fared so that you know what to say and what NOT to say…
Standing from the viewpoint of an employer, I’m feeling headaches already. My interviewees are all regurgitating what they ‘researched’. They are not showing their true selves and it will be hard for me to know whether they fit my criteria or not. People masquerade themselves to get into a workplace.
oh… ok. I was just making a mountain out of a molehill. The world is an ugly, faky place all along. It’s just that the methods have changed.
